Ingredients
pig's foot
800g
ingredients
Braised pork bun
1 package
garlic
2 petals
ginger
3 tablets
verdant
1 root
pepper
of appropriate amount
dark soy sauce
100ml
cooking wine
10g
step
1. Prepare the materials.
2. The braised pork is wrapped in gauze and cut into onions, ginger and garlic.
3. After adding water to the pot and boiling, put the chopped pig's trotters into the pot.
4. Cook until the blood foam burns out, turn off the fire, remove and rinse.
5. Check whether there is pig hair on the trotters, and remember to pull it out with tweezers. It's easy to pluck the pig's hair from scalded trotters without any effort.
6. Put the pig's trotters in the toaster (no toaster can replace them with casserole, stews, pressure cookers and woks ...)
7. Pour in proper amount of cooking wine, white pepper, soy sauce, braised pork bun, onion, ginger and garlic.
8. Hot water 1000ml or so, without covering the trotters.
9. Select baking/stewing/boiling, and the default time is 1 hour.
10. When the time is up, open the lid and insert the pigskin easily with the lid, that is, marinate it and pour it out.
