Tools/materials: purslane, green pepper, red pepper, soy sauce, pepper oil, pepper oil, sesame oil, sugar, salt, garlic, cooking pot.
1. Pick out the roots of Portulaca oleracea and clean them for later use.
2. Chop garlic, green pepper and red pepper for later use.
3. Add a proper amount of water to the boiling pot to boil, and add a little cooking oil and salt.
4. Blanch the washed purslane in boiling water.
