1. Yellow croaker, ginger slices, oil, salt and vegetables in moderation.
2. Put ginger slices and salt into a hot oil pan.
3. Add the yellow croaker and fry both sides until slightly yellow.
Add enough water.
5. Cook on high fire for 4 or 5 minutes, and then on low heat.
6. You can put some vegetables (or not) according to your personal preference.
7. Cook 10 minutes or so, and you can taste it.
