Ingredients: lotus root starch, cold boiled water, boiled water and osmanthus fragrans.
1. Take lotus root starch 12- 15g and put it in a bowl. Add a spoonful of cold boiled water, just enough lotus root starch. Don't add too much
2. Stir well until the lotus root starch is not granular.
3. Add boiling water above 95 degrees.
4. Stir quickly while adding water. Stir until lotus root starch becomes light brown and transparent.
5. After brewing, add a spoonful of osmanthus and wash the lotus root powder.
Precautions:
1. The spoon for scooping lotus root starch should not contain moisture, otherwise the lotus root starch will easily get wet and taste bad.
2, be sure to use boiling water, remember not to use hot water in the water dispenser, it is impossible to brew.
