How to cook chicken steak curry rice?
Cut the potatoes into small pieces with a hob and cook them in the pot all the time (it saves time and potatoes are more likely to go bad and rot).
When cooking potatoes, the chicken breast is diced and marinated (starch, salt, egg white), the green pepper is diced and the onion is diced.
Add oil to the pan, stir-fry onions to make them smell like onions, and then add cooked potato pieces and stir-fry.
Add water, not more potatoes.
Put the curry pieces in the pot, stir until they are completely melted, cover the pot and cook over high heat.
Stir-fry diced chicken with green pepper in another pot. Diced chicken doesn't need to be fully cooked. Blanch it all and put it in a curry pot (to keep the fresh and tender taste of diced chicken).
Fry the chicken chops until golden brown on both sides.
Cook curry powder until it is thick (potatoes are cooked) and simmer for five minutes.
Put the rice on the plate, put the fried chicken on the side and pour the curry on it.
