Tips:
1. Meat stuffing should be marinated in advance to taste. Onions and carrots should not be put too early, otherwise water will come out when it meets salt. If you don't like carrots, you can change them into any vegetables you like or directly use pure meat stuffing (tofu can also be added), and the variety of flavors will be waiting for you to develop.
2. You must add some water starch to the egg liquid to make the egg dumpling skin, so that the egg dumpling skin is flexible and does not break, just add 1 spoon to one egg.
3. The prepared egg dumplings are not easy to adhere, and a little starch can be coated on the edges.
