Seasoning: aged Fenjiu (high alcohol or rice wine is used if there is no Fenjiu), soy sauce of fresh mushrooms, salt, sugar and cotton thread.

Trimming and hanging: pork ribs are selected, trimmed into strips, each piece weighs about170g, and a small hole is pierced at the upper end for hanging through the rope.

Pickling: Mix all kinds of seasonings evenly and soak the cured meat strips for about 8 hours.

Baking: hang the meat strips and bake them in a baking oven for about 3 days at a temperature of 50℃. If it is baked in several layers, it should be reversed up and down. Do not smoke when baking, it is best to use charcoal fire to bake.

Cooling: the finished product is obtained after cooling.
