Ingredients: mutton roll, Flammulina velutipes, onion, coriander, dried red pepper, cooking wine, oyster sauce, sugar, salt and cumin powder.
Flammulina velutipes should be blanched with boiling water for later use. Cut onions and dried red peppers.
Put a little fried chives and dried red peppers in the pot.
Add mutton rolls and stir fry.
Add cooking wine, oyster sauce, a little sugar, salt and cumin powder to taste.
Add the scalded Flammulina velutipes and stir well.
Sprinkle coriander segments on the pot.
2. Exercise 2:
Ingredients: tofu, fat sheep roll.
Tofu is cut into pieces, similar to mutton rolls.
Wrap it in a mutton roll and marinate it with100g sauce for half an hour.
