2. Beef with tendons can be stewed in soup. Just add some ginger slices, pepper, chili pepper, eucommia ulmoides, rehmannia root, angelica root, Guzhi, cinnamon twigs, wolfberry, star anise (the amount of medicinal materials is very small) , mainly to extract its aroma and remove its fishy smell) and also add a few drops of soy sauce (if you have time, remember that it is best to wash the beef and soak it for two hours before using it).
