Exercise:
1, take out the lion's head, without thawing, just separate them one by one.
2. Chop chopped green onion, pepper and carrot for later use.
3. Mix a little water, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper noodles evenly and make a bowl of juice.
4. Add oil to the pot. When the oil is hot, add the lion's head and fry until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
5. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, stir-fry the ingredients for one minute, pour in the fried lion head, pour in the bowl of juice, stir-fry evenly, and serve out of the pot.
