Methods of scrambled eggs with mushrooms
Mushrooms washed and pinched out of the water, cut into pieces and put into a large bowl, eggs directly into the beaten, put salt, eggs and mushrooms together beaten.
Heat the oil in a hot pan and pour in the mushrooms and eggs. The bottom edge will instantly sizzle with oil. Once the bottom side is sealed, flip it over and think of it as spreading pancakes. Once this side is also sealed, use chopsticks to stir the whole omelette and continue stirring. The omelette is ready when all the water has dried up and the top of the egg has a slightly burnt color.
Plate and sprinkle with green onions.
