1. Choose a pork elbow, wash it, put it in cold water, and add a little green onion, ginger, cooking wine and refined salt to remove fishy smell. After boiling, change to medium-low heat and cook until it is cooked thoroughly. Take it out and cool it for later use.
2. Wash and slice carrots.
3. Change the cool elbow into a knife and cut it into pieces, each with skin.
4. Heat oil, add onion and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant, and season with soy sauce, salt and monosodium glutamate. Then pour back the elbow pieces and carrots, stir-fry them evenly and take them out of the pot.
