How to Make Noodles with Shredded Carrot and Pork
1. Cut pork into strips and chop green onion.
2. Peel and wash the carrots and cut into julienne strips, pick and clean the greens.
3. Add the shredded pork to the hot oil in the pan and stir-fry.
4. Stir-fry until the pork is white, add chopped green onion and stir-fry.
5. Add carrots and saute.
6. Add some soy sauce and stir fry evenly.
7. Add the right amount of water and simmer.
8. When the water boils, add the noodles and cook.
9. Add greens when noodles are broken.
10. Add salt and season well.

With lean meat is better, fat meat is a little greasy.
