Engaged in the work mainly includes:

(1) Operate digesters, presses and auxiliary equipment to cook, squeeze and dry raw materials such as low-quality fish and other fish processing wastes;

(2) operating centrifuges and equipment such as concentration and drying to separate fish oil and recover fine slag and concentrated juice;

(3) mixing the concentrated juice with the pressed cake, drying, crushing, sieving, weighing and packaging;

(4) operating a deodorizing device to treat waste gas;

(5) Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
