Tips

2. Raw pork belly is difficult to cut, but it is easy to cut after scalding it with boiling water.
3. Although ginkgo is beneficial to the body, it is slightly toxic. The outer skin and germ should be peeled off. Adults should not eat more than 8 ginkgo fruits a day, and children should not eat more than 5 ginkgo fruits a day. Do not overdose to avoid causing discomfort.
