1 Wash grass carp and cut out flower knives with scissors.
2. Fish is pickled with Shao wine and pepper. The fish is put in the steamer of Amway Queen's Pot.
3. Chopped pepper, salt, sugar, minced chives, minced garlic, green beans and Jiang Mo are mixed into a sauce.
