1, Zhou Xing
Zhou Xing (? —69 1 year), a native of Chang 'an, Yongzhou, was one of the cool officials reused by Wu Zetian, and the official was Zuo Cheng, a senior minister. Zhou Xing killed thousands of innocent people, created a variety of criminal laws and used cruel punishments.
In the second year (69 1), he was also accused of rebellion, and was subdued by Lai Junchen with the plan of inviting you to the urn. Wu Zetian exiled him and was killed by his enemy on the way.
2. Zhou Yanru
Zhou Yanru (1593-1643) was born in Yixing in the Ming Dynasty (now in Yicheng Town, Yixing). Zhu Youjian, the minister of the Ming Dynasty and Emperor Chongzhen, was then the cabinet record.
Zhou Yanru was clever when he was young, and he had a literary name. At the age of 20, he was awarded the title of Zhong Huiyuan and Champion. During the Apocalypse, he moved to the right to allow, and took charge of the economic affairs. Soon he took charge of Nanjing Hanlin Academy with Shaozhan. 1, Zhou Xing
When Zhou Xing was the minister in charge of Shangshu Province, he began to take an active part in the informer action. It is said that thousands of people died because of Zhou Xing's informer. In order to extort confessions, Zhou Xing and others invented the No.10 cangue, such as "fixing the pulse" and "choking", and all kinds of appalling torture methods, which made prisoners "tremble and sweat when they saw these instruments of torture."
In the first year of Zaichu (690), Zhou Xing was instructed by Wu Chengsi to falsely accuse Li Shangjin, the third son of Tang Gaozong, and Li Sujie, his younger brother, Xu Wang, so that the two brothers were killed, and some of their dozen sons were exiled and some were killed.
2. Zhou Yanru
In November of the fifteenth year of Chongzhen (1643), the Qing soldiers entered the customs from Qiangziling and Qingshankou, and the capital was under martial law. If the Qing soldiers entered no one's land, the Ming army would collapse at the touch of a button, and the Qing soldiers marched straight in, crossing Gyeonggi, entering Shandong, entering Jiangsu, and hitting Shuyang all the way, looting along the way.

Zhou Yanru was afraid to go to Tongzhou. Knowing that the Qing soldiers were eager to return, he didn't want to fight any more, so he drank and enjoyed himself with his staff all day. Emperor Chongzhen was overjoyed to see the good news spread frequently, and repeatedly praised the imperial edict. By April, when the soldiers retired, Zhou Yanru returned home in triumph.
On the reward of merit, Zhou Yanru's Grand Priest and Yin Zi's Zhongshu Sheren were added, and silver coins and pythons were given. Zhou Yanru declined the position of a surname, and Emperor Chongzhen agreed. A few days later, the truth was revealed, and Emperor Chongzhen was furious, and the ministers of the government were ordered to investigate the crime of Zhou Yanru's deception and prevarication.
