1 species: stewed frozen tofu with Chinese cabbage
Ingredients: cabbage 1/3, half a bowl of frozen tofu and broth, a little onion, ginger and garlic, and two red peppers.
Practice:
1, pour oil into the pot and heat it to 80%, add onion, ginger and garlic and saute for 5 minutes, add frozen tofu and add broth.

Type 2: Kung Pao Frozen Tofu
1, onion, green bell pepper and red bell pepper cut into pieces.

4. Stir-fry garlic cloves and onions in the same pot.

7. Sprinkle with sesame oil and chopped green onion and stir well.
The third kind: braised frozen tofu
