1. Take a large bowl, add sesame sauce, add warm water little by little, and stir in one direction with chopsticks while adding water until the sesame sauce

2. Add the light soy sauce, stir the rice vinegar and sugar evenly, then add the chives and stir them evenly in the same direction.

4. finally, add shrimp oil and sesame oil and stir well.
5. If you like spicy food, you can also pour some Chili oil on it, sprinkle some coriander, stir well and dip it in meat slices, etc. It tastes better.
