First wash the sweet potatoes and drain the water on the surface. The sweet potatoes I chose are relatively long and slender, so they are very ripe.

2. Place the dried sweet potatoes on the grill, then put them in the oven.

(Remember to put the bottom of the oven in, otherwise the sugar and oil from the sweet potatoes will drip to the bottom of the oven and it will be difficult to clean!!)

3. Close the oven and select Heat up and down, temperature 230 degrees, time 20 minutes.

4. After 20 minutes, take out the sweet potatoes and turn them over, then put them in the oven and bake for another 20 minutes.
