4. Competition procedures and steps

This open competition will be conducted based on the procedures of announcement, organization of registration and qualification review, examination, comprehensive inspection, determination of candidates, and approval.

(1) Organize registration and qualification review

(2) Examination

1. Examination time: 9:00 am on January 4, 2014 (Saturday)

3. Examination method: A combination of computer professional test and food and drug supervision and management business knowledge written test, of which the computer professional test accounts for 40 points, and the test content is a computer basic knowledge test and Computer-based operation test; written test on food and drug supervision and administration business knowledge accounting for 60 points. The county Human Resources and Social Security Bureau entrusts the relevant professional departments at the higher level to organize the examination questions.

The testing work is under the supervision of the County Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, and is jointly organized and implemented by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the County Food and Drug Administration. The examination results are determined from high scores to low scores based on a 1:1 ratio for publicly recommended positions, and are announced on the Pingguo County Government website.

(3) Comprehensive assessment

The list of assessors will be determined in a 1:1 ratio based on the total test scores from high to low. The assessment work is organized and implemented by the County Commission for Discipline Inspection, Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, Office of Public Affairs and the County Food and Drug Administration.
