Pods cylindric, 3-3.5 cm long, ca. 5 mm wide. Flowering April-May, fruiting July.

Distributed in China in Hebei, Shaanxi, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Fujian, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, N Guangxi, Sichuan, Guizhou, and Yunnan (Dali, Kunming). It grows in thickets or cultivated on mountain slopes at an elevation of ca. 1800 m. It is a species of the genus ?
