Cooking process is as follows:

2. Prepare a piece of tofu, a piece of ham and a bowl of peeled young peas. Cut the tofu into 2-centimeter cubes and the ham into small cubes.
3. First prepare some thirteen spices and pepper. Then take a small bowl and put in the chopped ginger, garlic and scallions. Finally, prepare a proper amount of cornstarch.
4. Boil hot water in a pot, and when the water boils, add a pinch of salt to the pot, and then put the chopped tofu into the water to cook for two minutes. Then put the chopped tofu into the water and cook for two minutes. Finally, prepare a bowl of water and put the boiled tofu into the water to cool down.
5. Prepare a frying pan, pour a moderate amount of cooking oil in the pan, put in the onion, ginger and garlic, and stir fry the flavor. Then pour in the green peas and stir-fry until the color deepens, then pour in the drained tofu.
6. Add the diced ham, then add the prepared thirteen spices and pepper. Finally, pour in the appropriate amount of water, and then all the ingredients together to simmer for about ten minutes or so.
7. Wait until the soup in the pot reduces significantly and the green peas are soft. Add water to the prepared starch and mix it into water starch. Then add the appropriate amount of salt and chicken seasoning in the pot, while hot, the water starch dripping into the pot thickening.
