Tools/ingredients:
Ham sausage, toothpick.
Method 1, insert the toothpick into the underside of the aluminum ring on either end.
Rotate the toothpick and just tear it along the seal.
Method 2, in the absence of a toothpick, just use your teeth to bite the opposite side of the seal open a little, note: do not break the seal.
Then break this end a bit with your hand and just pull it along the seal.
Method 3: Hold the ham hock tightly in both hands, and twist each hand twice from the opposite way.
Then pull it off with one pull.
