What are MCC and MNC in mobile phone access point settings?
MCC is the mobile country code (3 bits) and MNC is the mobile network code (2 ~ 3 bits).

Mobile device network code (MNC) and mobile device country code (MCC) (also known as "MCC/MNC") are combined to represent the unique mobile device network operator. These operators may be public land-based mobile networks or satellite networks using GSM/LTE, CDMA, iDEN, TETRA and universal mobile telecommunications system.

The resources of MCC are uniformly allocated and managed by ITU to uniquely identify the country to which mobile users belong, with ***3 digits. MNC has only two mobile network codes, which together with MCC uniquely identify a mobile network provider.

Extended data:

Location area identification code near it:

1, mobile country code (MCA3), which is the country code for mobile user registration. The value of MOC consists of 3 digits, which is the same as MCC of IMSI.

2. Mobile Network Code (MNC), which indicates the code of GSM-R network in the country. MNC is the same as 2 or 3 digits contained in IMSI.

3. The location area code (LAC) with a fixed length of 2 bytes is used to identify the location area in the GSM-R network. LAC is encoded in full hexadecimal, but 0000 and FFFF are reserved values to identify invalid LAC values.
