How to process photos into a snowy effect with Photoshop

Use Photoshop to process the photo into a snowy effect. The specific steps are as follows:

Open the prepared picture with PS software and click "Select - Color Range" in the menu bar. .

Use the eyedropper to select the ground part (select as large an area as possible), and then click "OK".

After selecting the ground, do not deselect it. With the ground selected, click "Image - Adjustment - Replace Color" in the menu bar.

Adjust the brightness to 100% and click "OK" (if you cannot find the replacement color, you can also use hue/saturation instead, shortcut ctrl+u).

After adjusting the ground brightness, deselect the part (shortcut key ctrl+d), and then click the New button to create a new layer).

Select the newly created layer and fill the entire layer with black (if you don’t know how to fill it, first press the D key to make the foreground color black and the background color white, then press alt+delete on the keyboard ).

After filling, select "Filter - Pixel - Dotted" in the PS menu bar. Resize the cell (equivalent to the size of a snowflake).

Then click "Filter - Blur - Motion Blur" in the PS menu bar. Adjust the angle and distance (equivalent to the inclination angle and density of snowflakes).

This step is the key to achieving the effect. Select "Screen" in the drop-down menu next to the layer. The final effect can be presented.
