2. Cuifeng Xuanfeng
Cuifeng Xuan is a snack in Zhouzhi, Shaanxi Province, with a history of more than 1,300 years. During the Zhenguan period of Tang Dynasty, a girl surnamed Suo in Fufengsuo Village fled to Cuifeng Mountain for resisting marriage and lived a self-reliant seclusion. Li Shimin, Emperor Taizong of Tang Dynasty, hunted to Cuifeng Mountain, but got lost because of the horse shock and broke into Suogu's residence. Miss Suo treated her with her usual staple food, and Li Shimin was full of praise after eating. Emperor Taizong was deeply impressed and pardoned Suo Gu as the "Quan Zhen Niangniang" and ordered to protect her land.
After Suogu's death, a temple was built to worship, and the temple fair was attacked by Tang Yan and flourished. Since then, Cuifeng Xuan has spread to the court as a royal banquet. It is also widely circulated in northwest China and has become a delicacy in western China.
3. Zhouzhi mash
