Fat beef in sour soup

Ingredients: Enoki mushrooms, baby cabbage, fat beef rolls, sour beef sauce, onion, ginger and garlic, spicy millet, chopped green onion

Method:

1. Clean the enoki mushrooms after removing the old roots, slice the baby cabbage, cut onions, ginger, garlic, green and red millet and set aside. Boil the enoki mushrooms and baby cabbage in water, remove them and add the fattened beef. Blanch and set aside.

2. Add a little oil in the pot, add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in beef sauce and stir-fry until fragrant. Add appropriate amount of water.

3. After the water boils, add the boiled enoki mushrooms, baby cabbage, and beef rolls, and then cook. Put it in a bowl and sprinkle some chopped green onion and millet for garnish.
