Ingredients: soybean dregs, one egg, leftover rice, flour, black and white sesame seeds, chopped green onion, chopped cilantro, chopped carrot, ginger powder, pepper powder, salt.?
Methods/Steps:
Squeeze the soya bean dregs dry, put in the chopped green onion, chopped carrot, chopped cilantro, ginger powder, pepper powder and salt.
Put in the egg, flour, leftover rice (I also added some oatmeal).
Add black and white sesame seeds.
Stir well to form a slightly dry paste.
Heat the frying pan to 80%, squeeze the balls into one by hand and fry them until golden, then fish them out, and fry them on medium heat.
