The soft part of the snail is usually gray or light yellow, light brown, and a few are white, light blackish brown. The shell part is of various colors and can be classified as black, white, yellow, orange, red, brown, green, gray and other colors, depending on the snail species.
I. Snail color

Second, the shape of the shell of the snail
Different varieties of snails have different shell shapes.
1, China snail: shell medium large, shell thin and solid, low conical, 5-5.5 conchoidal layer, spiral part of the low, disc-shaped, the top of the shell, the suture line is obvious.
2, scattered large snails: shells are ovoid or spherical, shell texture is slightly thick, opaque, the body of the conch layer of special expansion, the spiral part of the short, shell surface has obvious threads and growth lines.
3, onyx snail: the shell is cone-shaped.
4, French snail: shell into a round ball, shell thick and solid, opaque, spiral part of the slow growth, low conical, body conchoidal expansion, shell top blunt.
5, cover large snails: shells are ovoid or spherical, shell thick and solid, opaque, the body spiral layer is particularly inflated, and tilted downward, the spiral part of the relatively small.
6, green mountain snail: shells are low conical, spiral downward, the bottom layer of the shell is wide, the top of the shell.
