Ingredients: broccoli 360g, beef (fat or thin)180g.
Accessories: carrots 15g
Seasoning: 5g alkali, 5g cooking wine, 5g garlic (white skin), 8g soy sauce, 6g starch (pea), 4g sugar, and vegetable oil 15g.
Fried beef with broccoli;
1. Wash broccoli with salt, cut into small flowers, and cook in oily and salty water;
2. Slice ginger;
3. Wash carrots and cut them into thin slices for later use;
4. Slice beef, add seasoning, marinate for 10 minute, and soak in tender oil for later use;
