Peanuts and other nuts 200g

55g peanut oil
A little sesame oil

Mooncake skin:
200g medium flour
Conversion syrup (a little sweet after oil return) 140g next year

How to make mooncakes with rock sugar filling
Fry the flour in a non-stick pan until cooked. Let cool.
Heat the peanut oil to remove the raw material. Let cool

Peel and crush the peanuts.
Crush the rock sugar.
