This regular supervision and inspection involves 2 12 batches of interior and exterior wall coating products produced by Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Shaoguan, Huizhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, Maoming, Zhaoqing, Chaozhou and Shunde 13 cities (districts) 159 enterprises. According to GB 18582-2008, GB 24408-2009 limit of harmful substances of exterior wall coatings, GB/T 9756-2009, GB/T 9755-200 1 synthesis. T 9757-200 1 Solvent-based Exterior Wall Coatings, JG/T 2 10-2007 Primer for Interior and Exterior Walls of Buildings, JG/T 298-20 10 Putty for Interior Buildings, and the current effective enterprise standards and product quality indicators and requirements. The total content of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene, the total content of free formaldehyde, glycol ether and ether ester, heavy metals, state in container, workability, low temperature stability, contrast ratio, alkali resistance and washing resistance were tested.

This inspection found that 13 batches of products were unqualified, involving free formaldehyde, low temperature stability, contrast ratio, washing resistance and bonding strength. Among them, Nominally "Lianghe Meijia" gold medal full-effect interior wall paint (model specification L-0070920kg/ barrel production date/batch number 20 13-4-26) produced by exterior paint (model specification 20kg/barrel production date/batch number) produced by Foshan Jiabaili Coatings Co., Ltd. The "Curious Brand" Jianmei 3in 1 interior wall paint (primer) produced by Nanhai District Jinsha Donglian Yarun Coatings Co., Ltd. (model specification 4.7kg/ barrel Class II white 3000# production date/batch number 20 13-4-24) and the "European Star" produced by Jiangmen Ouyaxing Architectural Coatings Co., Ltd. Kloc-0/8 production date/batch number 2013-5-7/20130507001), and the free formaldehyde item was found to be unqualified.

Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision said that in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, relevant departments have been instructed to deal with unqualified products and their production enterprises found in this regular supervision and inspection according to law.
