Ingredients: 1 chayote
Accessories: 1/2 spoon of salt, a little allspice, 1/2 spoon of white sugar, 1 white vinegar spoon, appropriate amount of rapeseed oil
1. Prepare chayote.
2. Cut into two parts and remove the core.
3. Cut into shreds and set aside.
4. Heat the oil in a pan, be sure to heat it until it smokes.
5. Put the chayote into a bowl and add salt.
6. Five-spice powder.
7. White sugar.
8. Pour hot oil on top to bring out the aroma. Stir quickly to combine.
9. Finally add white vinegar, stir evenly and serve.
