How to brew wine
Preparation materials: 2 kg of Kyoho grape, sugar, edible salt, glass bottle and filter screen.

Step 1: Cut the grapes one by one with scissors near the fruit base.

Step 2: Rinse the cut grapes with clear water and soak them in proper amount of edible salt for about 10 minute.

Step 3: mash the soaked grapes in a pot, add sugar and stir well.

Step 4: Put the stirred grapes into the prepared bottle, leaving one third of the space in the bottle for fermentation for one month.

Step 5: After the fermentation is finished, filter out the wine with a filter and pour it into the bottle.

Step 6: After filtering, you can pour the wine into the glass bottle.
