Fried Liver Tips
Ingredients ?
Pork liver 300g
Pepper 2
Carrot half
Garlic 2 cloves
Ginger moderate
Soy sauce moderate
Some wine
Some starch
Some pepper
Some salt, some sugar
Sparse the liver tips ?
Wash and slice the liver into pieces about the thickness of a chopstick; slice the carrots and cut the bell peppers into pieces.
Toss in soy sauce, cooking wine, sliced garlic, shredded ginger, a little sugar and cornstarch and marinate for 20 minutes to taste.
