First, ingredients
Six mussels, a chunk of ginger, 50g of garlic, 0/0g of oil/kloc-,5g of salt, 3 peppers and 5g of chicken essence.
Second, the practice
1. Brush the shell clean.
2. Add mussels after the water boils.
3. Boil the mussels and remove half of the shells.
4. Chop ginger, garlic and pepper, add salt and chicken essence and mix well.
5. Cut off the gills and wash them with a knife.
6. Add ingredients to each one.
7. Put another spoonful of water and a little oil.
