Ingredients

9 fresh shiitake mushrooms, onion chunks, bell peppers, 1 tbsp black and white sesame seeds, 3 bamboo skewers, 3 tbsp Mirin, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tsp sugar

How to make it

(1) Remove all ingredients and put them on skewers. p>

(1)Wash and dry the mushrooms by removing the stems. Skewer the mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers on bamboo skewers and place the mushrooms on the grill.

(2) Mix all the seasonings together, brush the mushrooms on the skewers and bake in the oven. Repeat the process of brushing the seasonings about 3 to 4 times until the mushrooms are cooked, then sprinkle with white sesame seeds according to your personal preference.
