Raw materials: Qingmingcao, glutinous rice flour, sticky rice flour, water, vegetable oil, sugar.
Wash Qingming grass, blanch in a pot of boiling water, fish out and put in cool water to keep the bright green color.
Squeeze out the water, chop it up and put it in a blender with 100 grams of water to make a puree. Glutinous rice flour plus sticky rice flour. Add sugar. Pour the Qingming grass puree into the rice flour bowl.
Knead into a smooth dough. Press it into a one-centimeter thick cake shape. Add some oil to the pan and fry on low heat until golden brown on both sides (you can add more oil if you like deep frying).
