Prepare honey. The function of honey is to increase the taste of soda water. Different types of honey can be selected according to personal preference, such as wild flower honey, cauliflower honey, Sophora japonica honey and so on.
To prepare pure water, you can choose bottled mineral water, cold boiled water, or you can consider the mineral water or pure water bought in the supermarket. However, the purpose of DIY is to save costs. I chose cold boiled water after boiling tap water.
Prepare 500ml water, 0.5g sodium bicarbonate and a spoonful of honey. Put it in an empty mineral water bottle and shake it well. It is very convenient to make more in your spare time and freeze it in the refrigerator.
Alkaline water is PH> 7%, the general PH value of ordinary water varies greatly according to different regions. Generally speaking, drinking water in cities north of the Yellow River is weakly alkaline (PH value is about 7.5). Alkaline water is a physical and chemical characterization, so it has no direct relationship with the type of water and whether the water itself has been electrolyzed or whether the substances in the water are natural or added. Water can show different acidity and alkalinity in various ways, so there is no difference between good and bad.
