Slice the potatoes and cook until half cooked. Take it out and let it cool, share it and let it dry, so as to prevent it from being decocted in water.
When the potato chips are slightly dry, cover them with appropriate amount of starch and mix evenly. Try to touch the surface without water.
Boil the oil with high fire, fry thoroughly with low fire, and then fry until golden brown with high fire. Just taste the crispy skin. Sprinkle a little salt, pepper, cumin and crispy potato chips!
