250 grams of dog meat, 250 grams of sweet potatoes, 1 tbsp of cooking wine, a pinch of refined salt.

Making Steps

Peel and cut sweet potato into cubes, set aside. Wash and cut the dog meat into small pieces, into the pot add 1 tbsp of cooking wine, water, a little salt, on the fire to boil, skimming foam, cooking and stewing for 1 hour after adding sweet potatoes, the same stewed cooked and rotten from the fire. Served 2 to 3 times a day, for 5 to 7 days.
