Step 1
Defrost the shrimp, and remove the threads. I used this shrimp with the threads removed, two hundred grams of about 13. Commercially available shrimp are usually about 70 per pound, this one is about 30 per pound.

Place the thawed shrimp in a bowl, add salt and MSG, and let sit for ten minutes to let the shrimp taste good.
