Dry stir-fried beans?
Ingredients to prepare: beans, minced garlic, dried chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, peppercorns, light soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, chili noodles, white sesame seeds
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan. After the oil is hot for five to six minutes, pour in the beans (wash them in advance and dry them for later use). Fry them until they are skinned and take them out.
2. Leave a small amount of oil in the pot, add dried chili peppers, minced garlic, Sichuan peppercorns and saute until fragrant
3. Pour in the fried beans and stir-fry
4. Add them one by one Stir-fry salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce, white sesame seeds, and chili powder evenly
