Ingredients
Main ingredients: 100g tofu, 3 eggs, 1 small carrot, 1 small garlic clove (or small scallion), cooking oil.

How to Make Eggs and Tofu
1. Prepare the required ingredients. A small block of tofu, preferably northern tofu, southern tofu is too soft and easy to rot. Garlic is my own with sprouted garlic planted, if you do not have can be replaced by a small onion. The carrot small half on the line, do a garnish.

3. According to the family's taste add the right amount of salt. Fish tip: less oil and less salt is healthier.
4. Mix well, then add 1 tsp cornstarch, mix well and wait for use.
5. Heat a frying pan and pour in a moderate amount of cooking oil. It is recommended to use a non-stick frying pan, so that you do not need to put a lot of oil, just put the usual scrambled eggs 1/3 of the amount of oil is good.
6. When the oil is hot, pour in the tofu and egg mixture, and stir with a spatula.
7. Wait until the egg mixture is almost solidified, then pile the eggs and tofu together with a spatula to form an omelette. When fully solidified, flip it over until golden brown on both sides, then it's ready to be served out of the pan on a plate.
8. Remove from the pan and serve.
