Curry is a commonly used seasoning in Chinese and Western food. In many countries in Southeast Asia, curry is an essential and important condiment. The main ingredients of curry are spicy spices such as turmeric powder, Sichuan peppercorns, star anise, pepper, cinnamon, cloves and coriander seeds, which can promote the secretion of saliva and gastric juice, increase gastrointestinal motility, and increase appetite. Curry can promote blood circulation and inhibit the function of cancer cells. It can also help wounds heal and prevent Alzheimer's disease
The curry I use is curry cubes bought in the supermarket, which saves me the trouble of adding various seasonings, but it tastes particularly good.
Ingredients
Curry, appropriate amount, 200 grams of three-layer pork
One onion, cooking wine, appropriate amount
2 potatoes
How to make curry pork and potatoes
Cut the three-layered meat into small pieces, pour in salt and cooking wine to marinate
Cut the potatoes and onions into cubes, and put them on a plate and set aside
Heat oil in a pan, add pork and stir-fry when oil comes out, add potatoes and onions and continue stir-frying a few times.
Add water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 8 minutes
Add the curry cubes, wait until the curry cubes are completely dissolved, then reduce the juice over high heat
Tips
1. When marinating the three-layer meat, add less salt, because the curry is already salty. 2. When the juice is reduced over high heat, stir constantly to prevent sticking to the pan.
