Home-style cooking of steamed anchovies

Rainbow fish, salt, pepper, garlic, ginger, onion, celery, soy sauce
Method
1. It is hard to buy fresh fish with normal head and tail. It must be steamed. I heard that this fish is easy to smell, so I put salt and pepper on every part of the cut on the back and belly. They were all stuffed with slices of garlic and ginger. Besides, I didn’t have much stock of fragrant vegetables at home, so I added celery leaves.
2. Steam for 10 minutes after the water boils, pour out the soup, remove the ginger, garlic, and celery that have smelled fishy in the stomach, pour some soy sauce, sprinkle some chopped green onion, and pour hot oil.
Fish with many spines is delicious!
