Here are the ingredients for the dough

Sugar 15g

Yeast 7g

Salt 8g

Butter 25g

Water 250g to 260g

Bread Flour 500g

How to make Fruit Pizza ?

Mix the sugar, salt and yeast a bit and add water to melt. Add the water and flour into the chef's machine (or bread machine) and knead the dough, add cooking oil (butter, corn oil are fine) when kneading for almost 1 minute, and continue kneading until it becomes an even dough. Knead for about 10 minutes. (The dough should be kneaded evenly, and the same goes for hand kneading, until the dough is smooth.)

Take the dough out of the oven, knead it well, and divide it into smaller pieces. 9-inch to 10-inch pieces of dough will be about 170 grams to 185 grams. (Of course, if you are willing to eat a thick cake, you can make 200 grams a cake!)

Knead the dough, roll it out with a rolling pin, try to roll it out to the size of a plate, and punch holes with a pizza rolling pin. (If you don't have a rolling pin, use a fork to poke holes, be careful to poke through)

Finish punching the dough, the holes must be through!

Brush a pizza pan with butter (salad oil is fine) and place the perforated pastry in the pan, trying to make it fit to the sides of the pan.

Seal the dough with plastic wrap and place it in the fermenter at 40 degrees Celsius with 80 degrees humidity for half an hour.

If you don't have a fermenter, you can put it in the oven to ferment (put a bowl of water in the oven to ferment), or ferment at room temperature (now that the temperature is warmer, room temperature fermentation is also very fast) until it's completely done, and the surface of the fermented pie will have light bubbles, and it will be almost 2 1/2 times as big as it was when it wasn't fermented.

Note: The fermentation time depends on the temperature, not a fixed time, until the fermentation is complete, then do the next step.

Prepare the fruits you want to use, whatever you like.

ps:If you want to put durian, it's better to put it with mango, not with other fruits; all kinds of fruits can be put freely, except durian.

I used canned pineapple, canned peach, coconut, banana, mango, corn kernels.

PS: Before using the various fruits, take kitchen paper to absorb the water, so as to prevent the fruit from too much water, affecting the taste.

When the pizza dough is ready, take it out.

Put on the pizza ring (see the last two steps if you don't have a pizza ring)

Squeeze on the salad dressing

Then use the back of the spoon to spread the salad dressing evenly.

Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese, trying to spread it as full and evenly as possible.

Then sprinkle the prepared fruit and corn kernels on top of the cheese

Finally, sprinkle a little cheese on the top of the pizza, remove the pizza ring and bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese is lightly colored.

Delicious pizza out of the oven, you can squeeze some salad dressing on the surface, more delicious!

If you don't have a pizza ring, you can take a small spoon and use a press, so that you can cut out the edge of the pizza by yourself, see the picture!

The edge of the pizza with a small spoon is also great, right?

Then, just spread the salsa in the circle, go back to the steps above and keep doing it!
