Ingredients: 300g high-gluten flour, 35g sugar, salt 1g, one egg, milk 150g, 20g butter.
Exercise:
1. High gluten flour yeast, sugar and eggs, milk salt, stir until flocculent.
2. Knead into smooth dough, add butter and push and pull for 10 minute to obtain glove film.
3. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment twice as big in a warm place.
4. Roll into a rectangle, cut into triangles, and roll from wide to narrow.
5. Put it in an air frying pan for secondary fermentation to twice the size.
6. Brush the egg mixture, sprinkle with white sesame seeds 135 degree baking 15 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 5 minutes.
