Cooking tips
1. Put millet pepper and Hang Jiao according to your own situation. We prefer spicy food, so put more, and friends who don't like spicy food can put less.
The vinegar used here is the best old vinegar with authentic taste.
It can be eaten directly after pickling.
If you keep it, you can put it in a fresh-keeping box and put it in the refrigerator for one night, which will taste better.
